【摘要】 目的：比较经典法、改良法和微柱凝胶法抗人球蛋白试验检测孕妇血清中IgG抗A（B）效价的差异。方法：用经典法、改良法和微柱凝胶法分别检测136例孕妇血清中IgG抗A（B）效价 ，计算其阳性率，再以经典法为标准计算改良法和微柱凝胶法的特异性和敏感性。结果： 经典法、改良法和微柱凝胶法检测孕妇血清中IgG抗A效价的阳性率分别为22.8%、25.0%和33.8%，IgG抗B效价的阳性率分别为19.1%、20.5%和31.6%。与经典法比较,改良法敏感性为98.1%，特异性为96.3%；微柱凝胶法敏感性为100%，特异性为63.4%。经统计学比较，,改良法和经典法的阳性率无统计学意义（P>0.05），而微柱凝胶法阳性率明显高于经典法（P<0.01）。结论：改良法和经典法检测孕妇血清中IgG抗A（B）效价的结果具有良好的一致性 ，而微柱凝胶法阳性率明显高于经典法，需重新设定临床意义决定值。 【关键词】 孕妇；IgG抗A（B）效价；抗人球蛋白试验；经典；改良；微柱凝胶
Comparing the Results of the Determination of AntiA(B) IgG Titers with Three Assays in the Pregnant Women

Abstract:Objective To study comparatively the different of microcolumn gel(MCG),improvement and classic Coombs，test in the determination of antiA(B)IgG titers of the pregnant women.Methods Sera were obtained from 136 pregnant women，AntiA(B)IgG titers were determined respectively by the MCG，improvement and classic Coombs，test .The positive rate，sensitivity and specificity of three assays were evaluated.Results The positive rate of antiA IgG titers with MCG，improvement and classic Coombs，test were separately 33.8%、25.0% and 22.8% ,that of antiB IgG titerswere respectively 31.6%、20.5% and 19.1% in the pregnant women. The positive rate of antiA(B) IgG titers with improvement and classic Coombs，test were not different（P>0.05）;The positive rate of antiA(B) IgG titers with MCG were significant higher than classic one(P<0.01). Thesensitivity and specificity of improvement Coombs，test were separately 98.1% and 96.3% comparing with classic one and the same of MCG were respectively 100% and 63.4% .Conclusion The improvement and classic Coombs，test showed good agreement in their result ,but MCG has higher positive rate than classicCoombs，test ,which is necessary to decide reference value ofits results.
